Burke County Democratic Committee
The Burke County Democratic Committee, located in Waynesboro Georgia, is dedicated to promoting progressive policies in rural Georgia and electing Democrats across all levels of Government. Our goal is to educate individuals on democratic and progressive values while fostering a strong local community.
Our Committee
The Burke County Democratic Committee is a robust group of people from all over the county. We come together not only to affect change locally, but also to create a sense of community around shared values.

Leadership
The Burke County Dems consist of our Executive Committee, our voting body of elected Post Seat Holders, and our general membership. Joining our Committee does not require any financial obligation nor fees from members.
Who is our Executive Committee?
The Executive Committee of the Burke County Democratic Committee is comprised of eight officers: Chair, 1st Vice Chair, 2nd Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Outside of the Executive Committee, we also have one State Committee Member who represents the BCDC at the State Party Meetings.
